Resumen: | El emprendedor está buscando constantemente nuevas opciones de negocio para crear nuevos mercados o para atender nichos del mercado abandonados. Es el caso de los Food Trucks, los cuales son un nuevo concepto de negocio en el sector gastronómico, que por medio de los bajos costos y la innovación de nuevos productos quieren crear una nueva cultura gastronómica en las grandes urbes del mundo. Sin embargo, el camino no ha sido nada fácil para los propietarios de éste tipo de negocio que han tenido que enfrentar obstáculos de tipo legal que no les ha permitido obtener el crecimiento esperado en el corto plazo. |
Abstract: | The entrepreneur is constantly looking for new business options to create new markets or to attend market niches abandoned. This is the case of food trucks, which are a new business concept in the restaurant industry, where through lower costs and innovation of new products, will create a new food culture in the big cities of the world. However, the road has not been easy for the owners of this type of business where they have faced legal obstacles who has not allowed them to get the expected growth in the short term. |
