dc.description | The present work is carried out with the objective of designing a high performance water-based drilling fluid with the capacity to inhibit the reactive lulites present during the drilling of the intermediate section (12 1/4 ") of a well in the Campo Castilla located in the Basin of the Eastern Plains, which, by their hydration, generate tortuous pipe travel and pit instability leading to non-productive times. For its realization it was decided to evaluate the reactivity of 11 rock samples obtained every 500 feet from an initial depth of 2000 feet of the well to study, that reactivity was made by the Suction Time tests Capillary (CST) and Cationic Exchange Capacity (CEC). | es_CO |
dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo se realiza con el objetivo de diseñar un fluido de perforación base agua de alto desempeño con la capacidad de inhibir las lulitas reactivas presentes durante la perforación de la sección intermedia (12 1⁄4”) de un pozo en el Campo Castilla ubicado en la Cuenca de los Llanos Orientales, las cuales, por su hidratación, generan viajes te tubería tortuosos e inestabilidad del pozo conllevando tiempos no productivos. Para su realización se decide evaluar la reactividad de 11 muestras de roca obtenidas cada 500 pies desde una profundidad inicial de 2000 pies del pozo a estudiar, esa reactividad se realizó mediante las pruebas de Tiempo de Succión Capilar (CST) y Capacidad de Intercambio Catiónico (CEC). | es_CO |
