| Resumen: | Se desarrolló un estudio de reestructuración a la empresa ‘Soluciones lógicas Yayan Gaia en el cual Inicialmente se aplicó un estudio diagnóstico, identificando el estado actual de la empresa y los diferentes factores que la afectan; se realizó un análisis con la herramienta propuesta por la cámara de comercio, identificando elementos clave para el buen desarrollo de la organización; siguiente a esto, se realizó un estudio de mercados, el cual indicó componentes relevantes para la comercialización del servicio, se inició con un estudio del análisis del sector, se identificó las barreras de entrada, se segmento el mercado, se identificaron los clientes en la ciudad de Bogotá. |
| Abstract: | A restructuring study was developed for the company ‘Soluciones lógicas Yayan Gaia‘ which initially applied a diagnostic study, identifying the current state of the company and the different factors that affect it; An analysis was made out with the tool proposed by the Chamber of Commerce, identifying key elements for the proper development of the organization; following this with a market study, which indicated relevant components for the marketing of the service, started with a study of the sector's analysis, identified barriers to entry, segment the market, identified customers in the Bogotá City. |
