Resumen: | En este proyecto se construye un sistema spray pirolisis controlado por un software desarrollado en el entorno de programación gráfico LabVIEW, para la obtención de películas delgadas de materiales conductores transparentes o TCO (Transparent Conductive Oxide), los cuales son ampliamente utilizados principalmente en el desarrollo de celdas solares y pantallas inteligentes. Dentro de los TCO particularmente se obtienen películas de dióxido de estaño dopado con flúor a partir del sistema desarrollado, realizando pruebas preliminares de obtención, ajustando variables de gran importancia como la temperatura, la velocidad de movimiento en la aspersión y el caudal; debido a que los requerimientos de este tipo de materiales son más rigurosos con el avance tecnológico, se dispone del control y monitoreo a partir de software, con el fin de que los materiales obtenidos sean funcionales y que cumplan características específicas como presentar alta conductividad, homogeneidad y alta transparencia. |
Abstract: | In this project is built a spray pyrolysis system controlled by software developed in the graphic programming environment LabVIEW, to obtain Thin films of transparent conductive materials or TCO (transparent conductive oxide), which are widely used mainly in the development of solar cells and smart screens. In the TCOs, tin oxide films are particularly obtained doped with fluorine from the developed system, performing preliminary tests of obtaining, adjusting variables of great importance such as temperature, speed of movement in the spray and flow; because the requirements of this type of materials are more rigorous with the technological advance, it is available of control and monitoring from software, in order that the materials obtained are functional and that meet specific characteristics such as presenting high conductivity, homogeneity and high transparency. |
