| Resumen: | El presente proyecto de grado trata sobre el desarrollo de una propuesta para la línea de proceso de galvanoplastia en la empresa Nacional de Licuadoras Naliet S.A.S. ya que la empresa desea contar con una línea de galvanoplastia que permita el control de calidad de la pieza cromada. Se ha realizado un diseño de experimental sobre el efecto del tiempo y la concentración de ácido crómico con respecto al acabado de la pieza en la etapa de cromado y así seleccionar las condiciones más adecuadas para esta etapa como también para el resto de etapas del proceso convencional. Además se ha determinado los costos totales de la propuesta final. |
| Abstract: | The present degree project deals with the development of a proposal for the electroplating process line at the National Blenders Company Naliet S.A.S. since the company wants to have an electroplating line that allow quality control of the chrome part. A design of experiment on the effect of time and the concentration of chromic acid with regarding the finishing of the piece in the chrome stage and thus select the most appropriate conditions for this stage as well as for the rest of stages of the conventional process. In addition, the total costs of the final proposal. |
