| Resumen: | El estudio realizado es de carácter cualitativo, en el cual se desarrolló un diagnóstico del estado de la compañía, previo a la transición del sistema de gestión de calidad en su versión NTC ISO 9001:2015. A partir del diagnóstico se evaluó el estado cumplimiento del sistema de gestión de la compañía referente a la norma en su versión 2015 mediante una lista de chequeo proporcionada por el ICONTEC, esta lista permitió encontrar oportunidades de mejora, que fueron plasmadas en un plan de actividades, posteriormente se establecieron estrategias para lograr la satisfactoria transición de la norma en la organización, que permitiera cumplir con los requisitos de la norma. |
| Abstract: | The study carried out is of a qualitative nature, in which a diagnosis of the state of the company was developed, prior to the transition of the quality management system in its NTC ISO 9001: 2015 version. Based on the diagnosis, the state of compliance of the company's management system regarding the standard in its 2015 version was evaluated by means of a checklist provided by the ICONTEC, this list allowed to find opportunities for improvement, which were reflected in a plan of activities, later strategies were established to achieve the satisfactory transition of the norm in the organization, which would allow compliance with the requirements of the standard. |
