Resumen: | En la presente investigación está determinada por tres objetivos el primero de ellos aplica y evalúa un enfoque integrado del EFQM en relación con los modelos de excelencia a nivel global. Con el fin del desarrollo del proceso de la gestión global que integre todos los niveles, aspectos básicos que cubren que cubren el diseño de un modelo de calidad. Es segundo objetivo de esta investigación describe las características y las ventajas de sistemas de calidad visto como herramientas para el perfeccionamiento de la gestión organizacional como proceso de mejora continua que propende la orientación al cliente, el incremento de la eficiencia de costos, la actuación rápida y flexible. |
Abstract: | In the present research, it is determined by three objectives. The first of them applies and evaluates an integrated approach of the EFQM in relation to models of excellence at the global level. In order to develop the process of global management that integrates all levels, basic aspects that cover the design of a quality model. The second objective of this research describes the characteristics and advantages of quality systems seen as tools for the improvement of organizational management as a process of continuous improvement that tends towards customer orientation, increased cost efficiency, rapid action and flexible. |
