| Resumen: | En la presente monografía se estudia la modalidad de teletrabajo en Colombia, analizando y definiendo cada uno de los aspectos que se deben tener en cuenta al momento de implementar esta modalidad en una organización, además de las consideraciones tecnológicas, legales y de salud necesarias; además se describen y analizan las ventajas y desventajas tanto para el teletrabajador como para la empresa al decidir por implementar el teletrabajo en la organización, cabe anotar que las mismas aplican tanto para teletrabajadores en condición de discapacidad como para los que no se encuentran en dicha condición. |
| Abstract: | In the present monograph the teleworking modality in Colombia is studied, analyzing and defining each of the aspects that must be taken into account when implementing this modality in an organization, in addition to the necessary technological, legal and health considerations; In addition, the advantages and disadvantages are described and analyzed for both the teleworker and the company when deciding to implement teleworking in the organization, it should be noted that they apply both for teleworkers in a disability condition and for those who are not in that condition. |
