| Resumen: | Este documento presenta un plan de negocios para la exportación de mango liofilizado. En donde, en primer lugar se plantea la oportunidad presente para este sector y se describe la situación del mercado tanto en Colombia como en la Unión Europea. Se establecieron parámetros técnicos del proyecto, incluyendo la descripción detallada del proceso de liofilización junto con la maquinaria necesaria para llevar a cabo el procesamiento de la fruta, seguido a lo anterior se realizó un análisis financiero y evaluación de costos para conocer la factibilidad del proyecto; y para concluir se establecieron las estrategias para la exportación y comercialización del producto en la Unión Europea. |
| Abstract: | This document presents a business plan for the export of lyophilized mango. Where, in the first place, the present opportunity for this sector is presented and the market situation is described both in Colombia and in the European Union. Technical parameters of the project were established, including a detailed description of the lyophilization process together with the necessary machinery to carry out fruit processing, followed by a financial analysis and cost evaluation to know the feasibility of the project; and to conclude, the strategies for the export and commercialization of the product in the European Union were established. |
