| Resumen: | La Estación de servicio Servicentro Olaya, es un establecimiento de comercio dedicado a la distribución minorista de combustibles líquidos derivados del petróleo. Se localiza en el área urbana de la ciudad de Sogamoso departamento de Boyacá. Debido a que en los últimos años, la empresa ha experimentado cambios significativos en el comportamiento económico, en especial, a partir de la implementación de nuevos modelos de negocio establecidos en el marco de la regulación nacional; requiere bajo este esquema, mantener la actividad comercial, continuar siendo competitiva, económicamente rentable, e incluso, superar las expectativas de crecimiento económico proyectadas, aspecto que se ha visto alterado por diferentes dinámicas, coincidiendo con la aplicación del modelo de integración vertical. |
| Abstract: | The Servicentro Olaya Service Station is a retail establishment dedicated to the retail distribution of petroleum-based liquid fuels. It is located in the urban area of the city of Sogamoso department of Boyacá. Because in recent years, the company has experienced significant changes in economic behavior, especially from the implementation of new business models established within the framework of national regulation; requires under this scheme, maintain commercial activity, continue to be competitive, economically profitable, and even surpass projected economic growth expectations, an aspect that has been altered by different dynamics, coinciding with the application of the vertical integration model. |
