| Resumen: | La presente monografía tuvo como objetivo general diseñar un sistema de gestión documental para los departamentos de recursos humanos, contabilidad y facturación de la compañía Impresos Panzzer SAS, tomando como base los lineamientos de la ley general de archivos 594 del 2000, además de la norma ISO 15489-1 de 2006. Para lograr en planteamiento del diseño se procedió a recopilar información obtenida de la compañía en cada uno de los departamentos en cuestión con el fin de establecer el estado actual de la clasificación documental. |
| Abstract: | The main objective of this monograph was to design a document management system for the human resources, accounting and billing departments of the company Impresos Panzzer SAS, based on the guidelines of the general law of files 594 of 2000, in addition to the ISO standard 15489-1 of 2006. To achieve the design approach, information obtained from the company was collected in each of the departments in question in order to establish the current status of the documentary classification. |
