Resumen: | En el sector de la construcción, el desarrollo de la mayoría de sus procesos y actividades para el logro de una edificación; como pilotaje, cimentación, pañete y mampostería, entre otros, se subcontratan por tiempo de ejecución. Esta práctica es mayormente reconocida en empresas Mypimes, ya que estas son organizaciones que trabajan por proyecto. Dicha situación afecta considerablemente el logro de los entregables, porque los empleados responden a un tercero, no tiene sentido de responsabilidad directa ni pertenencia institucional, con lo cual el bajo rendimiento, los retrasos, el control en el uso de insumos, materiales y recursos, conlleva al no logro exitoso en el desarrollo del proyecto. |
Abstract: | In the construction sector, the development of most of its processes and activities for the achievement of a building; as pilotage, foundation, pañete and masonry, among others, are subcontracted by execution time. This practice is mostly recognized in Mypimes companies, since these are organizations that work by project. This situation considerably affects the achievement of the deliverables, because employees respond to a third party, has no sense of direct responsibility or institutional belonging, which leads to low performance, delays, control over the use of inputs, materials and resources, It leads to the failure to achieve success in the development of the project. |
