Resumen: | Con la presente monografia se pretende dar a conocer las diferentes teorías motivacionales y los factores más representativos de cada una de ellas, a tener en cuenta, para que los trabajadores de una empresa constructora desarrollen sus actividades, con satisfacción y se genere un buen rendimiento dentro de la organización. Se abordó el tema de los factores psicosociales negativos y positivos y las posibles afectaciones que pueden tener los mismos en los trabajadores, para lo cual se realiza como metodología de investigación, la toma de encuestas a personal profesional y de obra, en la que se describen los diferentes aspectos representativos por teoría, en la cual se obtiene información primaria para conocer las debilidades y fortalezas de los factores motivacionales implementados en algunas de las empresas constructoras. |
Abstract: | With the present monograph is intended to publicize the different motivational theories and the most representative factors of each of them, to take into account, so that the workers of a construction company to develop their activities, with satisfaction and generate a good performance within of the organization. The issue of negative and positive psychosocial factors and the possible effects that they may have on workers was addressed, for which the survey methodology of professional and construction personnel is carried out as a research methodology. the different representative aspects by theory, in which primary information is obtained to know the weaknesses and strengths of the motivational factors implemented in some of the construction companies. |
