Resumen: | Durante las últimas décadas, el mundo de los negocios ha sufrido una serie de cambios y transformaciones, llevándolo a la necesidad de mejorar, sustancial y sostenidamente, los resultados operacionales y financieros. Para ello, las empresas deben buscar la manera de mejorar su desempeño, al buscar y aplicar nuevas y más eficientes, técnicas y prácticas, en gerencia de planificación y medición del desempeño del negocio. Las herramientas utilizadas deben permitir varias cosas como: identificar cuáles son las estrategias a seguir, para alcanzar la visión de la empresa, y tener un alto desempeño. Lograr traducir las estrategias en objetivos específicos medibles, mediante la utilización de indicadores de desempeño del negocio. Esto permite a las empresas cumplir con las exigencias del mundo y del mercado, cambiantes con el transcurso del tiempo. |
Abstract: | During recent decades, the business world has undergone a series of changes and transformations, leading to the need to improve substantially and steadily, the operational and financial results. To do this, companies must find ways to improve their performance, to find and implement new, more efficient techniques and practices, management planning and business performance measurement. The tools used must allow several things, like identify strategies to follow, in achieving the vision of the company, and having a high performance. Achieving translates strategies into specific measurable objectives, using indicators of business performance. This enables enterprises to meet the demands of the world market, changing with the passage of time. |
