Resumen: | Este trabajo analiza la competitividad sistémica del sector cacaotero colombiano y la oportunidad de negocio que significa su inserción en el mercado internacional, el cual se comienza con una fase de exploración, en la cual se contextualiza el sector cacaotero, partiendo de lo general a lo particular, viendo tanto aspectos del cacao en si como del mercado mundial, productores y consumidores de cacao en el mundo, terminando con el sector cacaotero colombiano en sí. posteriormente se realiza un marco teórico referente a la competitividad sistémica, el cual incluye la descripción de cada uno de los niveles a analizar (meta, macro, meso, micro) que permitan realizar un análisis respecto al comportamiento competitivo de un sector en este caso el cacaotero y así establecer las perspectivas internacionales del mismo. |
Abstract: | This paper analyzes the systemic competitiveness of the Colombian cocoa sector and the business opportunity that means its insertion in the international market, which begins with an exploration phase, in which the cocoa sector is contextualized, starting from the general to the particular , seeing both aspects of cocoa itself and the world market, producers and consumers of cocoa in the world, ending with the Colombian cocoa sector itself. Later a theoretical framework is made referring to the systemic competitiveness, which includes the description of each one of the levels to analyze (meta, macro, meso, micro) that allow an analysis regarding the competitive behavior of a sector in this case the cocoa and thus establish the international perspectives of it. |
