Resumen: | El presente documento tiene como temática central la cultura de la innovación, una temática relativamente nueva en el mundo empresarial, pero de gran impacto e importancia. Al ser un concepto compuesto, el análisis del mismo parte desde lo más básico como lo es la definición de sus elementos, donde por un lado en cuanto a la cultura la Real Academia de la Lengua Española la define como: “conjunto de modos de vida y costumbres, conocimientos y grados de desarrollo artístico, científico, industrial, en una época, grupo social, etc.” Y partiendo de este concepto se desarrolla un análisis en relación a todas sus concepciones, llegando y enfocándonos en la cultura organizacional que definimos como: El conjunto de factores que afectan de manera directa los pensamientos, las acciones y los niveles de convivencia dentro de un grupo laboral determinado. |
Abstract: | The main theme of this document is the culture of innovation, a relatively new topic in the business world, but one that has great impact and importance. Begin a composite concept, the analysis of the same part from the most basic as it is the definition of its elements, where on the one hand in terms of culture the Real Academy of the Spanish Language defines it as: “set of ways of life and customs, knowledge and degree of artistic, scientific, industrial development, in an era, social group, etc.” And starting from this concept, an analysis is developed in relation to all its conceptions, arriving and focusing on the organizational culture that we define as: Set of factors that directly affect the thoughts, actions and levels of coexistence within a given work group. |
