Resumen:	Como propuesta general el plan parcial una pieza urbana comprendida en un territorio de 60 hectáreas entre los límites de Soacha y Sibaté más específicamente costado norte del embalse de la muña las cuales están distribuidas en 7 áreas de actuación buscando el equilibrio territorial y solucionando problemáticas más relevantes generando un urbanismo orgánico de transición según los conceptos del nuevo urbanismo. Concretamente se propone una serie de equipamientos distribuidos en un área de actuación enfocada a la mejora ambiental y en el impulso competitivo de Sibaté con el departamento orientado al progreso social y al T.O.D. Es el resultado de los análisis y diagnósticos que se realizaron en la zona de trabajo bajo la conexión con planes de desarrollo que están implementados en el POT de Sibaté y los conceptos del nuevo urbanismo. Esta investigación abarca desde la historia del territorio, la conformación y las proyecciones futuras, las cuales han tenido y tendrán un impacto en el lugar, que generan una huella importante para el beneficio en el crecimiento de este, desde el momento de la intervención, la propuesta será para el favor de la región y sus habitantes. Como concluyente de un resultado, nace el proyecto arquitectónico teniendo un impacto en las escalas departamentales, regionales y municipales.
Abstract:	As a general proposal the partial plan an urban piece included in a territory of 60 hectares between the limits of Soacha and Sibaté more specifically north side of the reservoir of the muña which are distributed in 7 areas of action seeking territorial balance and solving more relevant problems generating an organic urbanism of transition according to the concepts of the new urbanism. Specifically, a series of equipment distributed in an area of action focused on environmental improvement and the competitive impulse of Sibaté with the department oriented to social progress and the T.O.D. It is the result of the analyzes and diagnoses that were carried out in the work area under the connection with development plans that are implemented in the Sibaté POT and the concepts of the new urbanism. This research covers the history of the territory, the conformation and future projections, which have had and will have an impact in the place, which generate an important footprint for the benefit in the growth of this, from the moment of the intervention, the proposal will be for the favor of the region and its inhabitants. As conclusive of a result, the architectural project is born having an impact on the departmental, regional and municipal scales.
