| dc.description | In the first place, topics related to the production of fluids in the petroleum industry were discussed, the production facilities of the oil industry were also taken into account, focusing on the well discharge lines. The study was carried out only in the well discharge line, which is in charge of transporting the hydrocarbons from the head of the producing well to the entrance of the separators. The design and construction of the matrix that worked as a tool for the development of the project was made. This construction took into account the variable object that is the thickness of the pipe, which was determined from the use of non-destructive tests. Once the data were entered, a pipeline rating was made, which was determined from the degree of thickness wear. This qualification is validated based on the standards generated by the ASME B 31.4 standard. The data provided by the support company was analyzed, and subsequently the respective construction of the graphic behavior was carried out. | dc.description.abstract | En primer lugar, se trataron temas asociados a la producción de fluidos en la industria del petróleo, también se tomaron en cuenta las facilidades de producción de la industria petrolera, enfocando las líneas de descarga de pozo. El estudio se realizó únicamente en la línea de descarga de pozo, la cual es la encargada de transportar los hidrocarburos desde el cabezal del pozo productor hacia la entrada de los separadores. Se hizo el diseño y construcción de la matriz que funcionó como herramienta para el desarrollo del proyecto. Dicha construcción, tuvo en cuenta la variable objeto que es el espesor de la tubería, que se determinó a partir del uso de los ensayos no destructivos. Una vez consignados los datos se realizó una calificación de la tubería, la cual se determinó a partir del grado de desgaste de espesor. Dicha calificación es validada a partir de los estándares generados por la norma ASME B 31.4. Se analizaron los datos proporcionados por la empresa soporte, y posteriormente se realizó la respectiva construcción del comportamiento gráfico.
