| Resumen: | En este trabajo se presenta el plan de implementación del sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para la empresa Translogam S.A.S, la cual tiene como objeto el transporte ambulatorio y especial de pacientes, bajo los requisitos establecidos por el ministerio del trabajo en el decreto 1072 de 2015 ,se parte de la normatividad vigente y de la preocupación por la alta gerencia en garantizarle a sus trabajadores un ámbito laboral seguro, se encuentra en este proyecto no solo una herramienta que tiene como fin proteger la integridad psicológica, emocional y física de sus trabajadores. Para el desarrollo del trabajo se plantean cuatro fases con el fin de darle cumplimiento a los requisitos del decreto 1072 de 2015. |
| Abstract: | This work presents the implementation plan of the occupational health and safety system for the company Translogam SAS, which has the purpose of outpatient and special patient transport, under the requirements established by the Ministry of Labor in decree 1072 of 2015, it is based on current regulations and the concern for senior management to guarantee its workers a safe work environment. This project is not only a tool that aims to protect the psychological, emotional and physical integrity of its employees. workers. For the development of the work four phases are proposed in order to comply with the requirements of decree 1072 of 2015. |
