Resumen: | Este trabajo de grado presenta el análisis del que consta el Clima laboral en las organizaciones y como este influye en la productividad de cada una de las áreas de la empresa y su repercusión directa o indirecta en las metas y objetivos tanto corporativos como individuales. Posteriormente se presenta el análisis de los elementos idóneos de clima laboral con los que debe contar una empresa para que el rendimiento de sus colaboradores sea el esperado, o inclusive supere las expectativas organizacionales. |
Abstract: | This degree work presents the analysis of the Labor Climate in organizations and how it influences the productivity of each of the areas of the company and its direct or indirect impact on both corporate and individual goals and objectives. Subsequently, the analysis of the ideal elements of the work environment with which a company must have is presented so that the performance of its employees is as expected, or even exceeds organizational expectations. |
