Resumen: | La empra Mina 2 LTDA, es una industria que extrae carbón coquizable en el municipio de San Mateo en el departamento de Boyacá, ésta cuenta con un sistema de tratamiento de agua residual fisicoquímico; el agua tratada es vertida a la cuenca del río Nevado, para evaluar la alternativa de uso para riego agrícola, se realizaron análisis de calidad al agua obteniendo que los parámetros de conductividad (4350 μS/cm) y sulfatos (2554 mg/L) se encuentran por encima de lo requerido legalmente en la resolución 1207 del 2014. Dado que los iones disueltos pueden eliminarse utilizando resinas de intercambio iónico, se revisaron las características de seis referencias comerciales mediante una matriz de selección pugh, luego fue diseñada una columna de intercambio que incluyó la resina seleccionada, durante los tratamientos realizados se determinó la conductividad obteniendo reducciones hasta de 1407 μs/cm. Posteriormente se proyectó un sistema para el caudal real de 1.5 m3/día.} |
Abstract: | The company Mina 2 LTDA, is an industry that extracts coking coal in the municipality of San Mateo in the department of Boyacá, it has a physicochemical wastewater treatment system; The treated water is discharged into the Nevado river basin, to evaluate the alternative of use for agricultural irrigation, water quality analyzes were performed, obtaining that the conductivity parameters (4350 μS / cm) and sulfates (2554 mg / L) are They are above what is legally required in resolution 1207 of 2014.
