Resumen:	Este proyecto se realiza por la falta de calidad en las edificaciones, cuyo fin es suplir una demanda térmica, ya sea destinada a la climatización o al calentamiento de agua, y gracias al reglamento técnico de instalaciones térmicas en edificaciones, en adelante “RITE”, se logra hacer una evaluación técnica. Se definió una edificación para diagnosticar su estado actual, posteriormente a la selección de la instalación, se identificaron parámetros clave y se determinaron puntos críticos, donde se realizarán mediciones. Finalmente caracterizar la edificación en estudio. Con los datos obtenidos de la caracterización, se realizará la evaluación técnica, validando los estándares previamente establecidos que permitirá diagnosticar la edificación, validando su cumplimiento del RITE y así brindar recomendaciones necesarias para que la edificación logre ser acreditada con el RITE.
Abstract:	"This project is carried out due to the lack of quality in buildings, whose purpose is to meet a thermal demand, either for air conditioning or water heating, and thanks to the technical regulation of thermal installations in buildings, hereinafter “RITE”, A technical evaluation is achieved. A building was defined to diagnose its current state, after the selection of the installation, key parameters were identified and critical points were determined, where measurements will be made. Finally characterize the building under study. With the data obtained from the characterization, the technical evaluation will be carried out, validating the previously established standards that will allow the diagnosis of the building, validating its compliance with the RITE and thus providing necessary recommendations for the building to be accredited with the RITE.
