dc.description | A set of criteria for chemical reactions selection for pilot plant reactors, made in 304 stainless steel, used for university education, is proposed. It tackles an overall revision for the 304 stainless steel corrosion resistance, security regards for substance manipulation, waste management and disposal, the measurement of the course of the reaction, the reactions academical, industrial and research interest, as well as the experimental price. It was selected a set of chemical reactions feasible to run in the 304 stainless steel pilot plant reactors, regarding the criteria. Ethyl acetate saponification, acetic anhydride hydrolysis, and diacetone alcohol decomposition were the selected reactions. | es_CO |
dc.description.abstract | El artículo propone ocho criterios para la selección de reacciones químicas para un banco de reactores de planta piloto, el cual tiene como propósito la educación universitaria. Este estudio considera los siguientes criterios: resistencia a la corrosión del material, consideraciones de seguridad para la manipulación de los reactivos, medición del grado de avance de la reacción, disposición de residuos, interés académico, interés industrial, interés en investigación de las reacciones y precio de experimentación. Con base en estos parámetros se sugieren las reacciones de saponificación de acetato de etilo, la hidrólisis de anhídrido acético y la descomposición de alcohol diacetona para un banco de reactores de acero inoxidable 304. | es_CO |
