Resumen:	La propuesta de implementación de un ERP tiene el propósito de identificar errores que permita una continua mejora de los indicadores financieros de la mipyme Constructora HB, así mismo se establecen tres objetivos el primero es la descripción minuciosa de los procesos administrativos que se ejecuta en la misma mipyme Constructora HB, para hallar falencias en el control del presupuesto de los proyectos que se ejecutan, el segundo objetivos es la evaluación detallada de los estados financieros de la Constructora HB para determinar los puntos débiles de todo de toda la cadena de control presupuestal en los proyectos y el último objetivo es el análisis del sistema ERP que resulte más conveniente que defina un control total de los procesos financieros de la Mypime HB constructora. Dentro de la propuesta se evaluó la implementación del sistema ERP porque es la que mejor define los procesos estructurales y financieros de la mypime HB constructora, determino en la práctica la disminución de recursos clave para el endeudamiento y la gestión integral.
Abstract:	The proposal for the implementation of an ERP has the purpose of identifying errors that allow a continuous improvement of the financial indicators of the MS Constructora HB, also three objectives are established the first is the detailed description of the administrative processes that are executed in it MSME Constructora HB, to find shortcomings in the control of the budget of the projects being executed, the second objective is the detailed evaluation of the financial statements of the HB Construction Company to determine the weak points of the entire budget control chain in the projects and the last objective is the analysis of the ERP system that is more convenient to define a total control of the financial processes of the construction Mypime HB. Within the proposal the implementation of the ERP system was evaluated because it is the one that best defines the structural and financial processes of the mypime HB construction, determined in practice the decrease of key resources for indebtedness and integral management.
