Resumen: | El propósito de este trabajo es explorar el grado de desarrollo de las practicas que se consideran socialmente responsables, describiendo y comparando el compromiso de las empresas PYMES colombianas al estar incorporando en su gestión la RSE para mejorar su competitividad, teniendo en cuenta que, ya se han venido estableciendo indicadores para el diagnóstico. Como resultados se obtuvo que, para las practicas que se encuentran institucionalizadas y en mejoramiento (Primer estadio), van aumentando a medida que las empresas crecen en tamaño, empezando desde 0% a 4,87% hasta obtener un 21,95%, lo mismo ocurre, en las practicas que están en ejecución y se verifican avances (Segundo estadio), donde el incremento desde la microempresa a una pequeña y de una pequeña a una grande del 26%. En el caso contrario, ocurre en los tres (3) estadios restantes: está planeada y con recursos (Tercer estadio), no se ha desarrollado, pero valdría la pena considerarla (Cuarto estadio), y no aplica en la empresa (Quinto estadio). Ya que estas, a medida que aumenta de tamaño la empresa, disminuye el número de prácticas en estas secciones, esto se debe específicamente al impacto que tiene la empresa, sea positivo o negativo, hacia el entorno interno y externo de la misma. |
Abstract: | The aim of the present work is so exploring the development degree of actions considered socially responsible, by describing and comparing the commitment present in Colombian SMEs through CSR policies incorporation in their management to improve their competitiveness, noting that their indicators for diagnosis have already been established. The results show that Institutionalized and improving practices (first stadium) are increasing as enterprises grow in size, starting from 0% to 4,87% upon obtaining 21,95%. A similar result was obtained for practices that are being executed and progress checked (second stadium), where the increment going from a micro-enterprise to a small business and from a small to a big enterprise corresponds to 26%. A contradicting result appears for the three remaining stadia: Being planned and resource-assigned (third stadium); Not developed, but worth the consideration (fourth stadium); and non-applicable in the enterprise (fifth stadium). It has been found that as enterprise size increases, the amount of practices in these sections diminish, and the reason for this behavior is specifically due to enterprise’s impact (positive or negative) towards their internal and external environments. |
