Resumen:	El proyecto tiene como objetivo la integración de la sabana centro en busca de la potencialización de la economía, cultura, tecnología y demás variables que sustentan el desarrollo territorial por medio del plan maestro acupuntura eco dinámica de la sabana centro donde se proponen estrategias de infraestructura de todos los niveles (vial, usos, ambienta, social). Teniendo en cuenta las vocaciones del territorio se aplica la acupuntura urbana donde se empieza el proyecto puntual en sopo, Briceño ampliando las capacidades de este territorio a nivel agropecuario, agroindustrial, agroempresarial y turístico para esto se lleva a cabo un desarrollo urbano compuesto de usos donde se propone un centro de convenciones especial y enfocado en la integración de los sectores 3 del agro anterior mente nombrados en busca de nuevas culturas y formas de negocios agroempresariales.
Abstract:	The project aims to integrate the central savanna in search of the potentiation of the economy, culture, technology and other variables that support territorial development through the eco acupuncture master plan dynamics of the central savanna where infrastructure strategies are proposed for all levels (road, uses, environment, social). taking into account the vocations of the territory, urban acupuncture is applied where the specific project in sopo begins, Briceño expanding capabilities of this territory at the agricultural, agroindustrial, agribusiness and tourist level For this, an urban development consisting of uses is carried out where proposes a special convention center focused on the integration of sectors 3 of agriculture previously named in search of new cultures and agribusiness business forms.
