Resumen: | Campo Rubiales es el Campo Petrolero más grande del país, con una producción actual aproximada de 120.000 BOPD. Debido a su extensión, cuenta con un sistema de líneas y troncales para transportar los fluidos de los pozos hasta las facilidades de producción. De las 14 troncales principales pertenecientes al Campo, la Troncal 4 posee un gran potencial para su optimización a través de un análisis nodal del sistema integrado pozo-superficie, ya que cuenta con un gran número de clústeres (21 activos y 1 inactivo) y pozos (120 con 74 activos) asociados. Dicha optimización está dada por los principales problemas asociados al sistema, entre los cuales se encuentran las sobrepresiones causadas por una mala distribución de los fluidos entre la Troncal 4 y 9, así como bombas con baja eficiencia operando en campo. Estas restricciones se deben identificar a través de una técnica de análisis nodal. |
Abstract: | Rubiales Field is the largest oil field in the country, with an approximate current production of 120,000 BOPD. Due to its extension, it has a system of lines and trunks to transport the fluids from the wells to the production facilities. There are 14 main trunks belonging to the Field, and Trunk 4 has a great potential for optimization through a nodal analysis of the integrated well-surface system, because it has a large number of associated clusters (21 active and 1 inactive) and well (120 with 74 active). That optimization is obtained for the main problems associated to the system, for example overpressures caused by poor distribution of fluids between Trunk 4 and 9, as well as pumps that are operating with low efficiency in the field. These restrictions must be identified through a nodal analysis technic. |
