Resumen:	A partir de un análisis de la región Orinoquia y Amazonia se encuentran distintas problemáticas, ambientales, sociales y económicas en el departamento del Guaviare, de esta forma se propone una intervención a nivel de plan maestro en el cual se pretende apoyar y fortalecer los cuatro departamentos los cuales son: San José del Guaviare, El Retorno, Calamar y Miraflores, desarrollándose por medio de distintas operaciones estratégicas, las cuales están basadas en la restitución, la protección, la conectividad y el desarrollo económico. Por medio del análisis realizado se toma el departamento de Calamar Guaviare para el desarrollo del plan parcial, el cual esta basado principalmente en la protección y restauración de medio ambiente, vinculando espacios naturales como lo son las zonas agroforestales, las zonas boscosas de protección y la conectividad del rio Unilla y sus afluentes.
Abstract:	Based on an analysis of the Orinoquia and Amazonia regions, different environmental, social and economic problems are found in the department of Guaviare. In this way, an intervention is proposed at the level of the master plan in which it is intended to support and strengthen the four departments. which are: San José del Guaviare, El Retorno, Calamar and Miraflores, developing through different strategic operations, which are based on restitution, protection, connectivity and economic development. Through the analysis carried out, the department of Calamar Guaviare is taken for the development of the partial plan, which is mainly based on the protection and restoration of the environment, linking natural spaces such as agroforestry zones, forested protection zones and the connectivity of the Unilla river and its tributaries.
