Resumen: | El presente artículo, el cual consta de dos entregas, pretende en su primera parte, realizar un análisis al conjunto de factores que han desarrollado la empresa Toyota Motor Company a lo largo de su historia, que le ha permitido paulatinamente establecerse como el mejor fabricante de vehículos del mundo, por encima inclusive de las grandes y tradicionales corporaciones norteamericanas y europeas, pioneras de la industria automotriz. Toyota ha configurado una ventaja competitiva fuerte y sostenible, que le ha posibilitado conquistar mercados alrededor del planeta mediante la sumatoria de una serie de elementos que la sitúan en un papel protagónico como generador de innovación y desarrollo. Abstract: | The present article, which consists of two deliveries, intends in its first part, to carry out an analysis to the group of factors that has developed the Toyota Motor Company along its history, which has gradually allowed them to be established as the best car manufacturers in the world over inclusive of the large and traditional North American and European corporations, pioneers of the automobile industry. Toyota has configured a strong and sustainable competitive advantage that has enabled them to conquer markets around the world by means of various elements adding, which situate them in a leading role as an innovative and development generator. |
