| Resumen: | La implementación del sistema de gestión de la calidad basado en la norma NTC-ISO 9001: 2015 en la empresa Avícola el Manantial ubicada en la ciudad de Duitama, Boyacá. La primera etapa del proyecto fue el diagnóstico inicial en el cual se evaluó la situación de la organización frente a los requerimientos de la norma, se estructuró por medio de un análisis PESTAL los factores inherentes e influyentes. A partir de los resultados se estructuró el plan de implementación en el cual se delegaron las responsabilidades pertinentes para el sistema. |
| Abstract: | The implementation of quality management system based on the NTC-ISO 9001: 2015 in the Poultry Company "El Manantial" located in the city of Duitama, Boyaca. The first stage of the project was the initial diagnosis of the situation in which the organization was assessed against the requirements of the standard, I was structured through an analysis Pestal and influential factors inherent. From the results of the implementation plan in which the relevant responsibilities were delegated to the system was structured. |
