Resumen: | Este es un estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una pastelería boutique en Bogotá. Se inicia con el diagnóstico, logrando identificar los factores que más influyen en la industria de alimentos y el sector pastelero. Posteriormente se da a conocer el nicho del mercado y se presentan las estrategias publicitarias que se utilizarán para atraer y fidelizar consumidores. En el estudio técnico, se definen los productos, la mano de obra y el conjunto de elementos que se requieren para el funcionamiento del establecimiento. |
Abstract: | The feasibility study for the creation of a pastry boutique in Bogota begins with the diagnosis, identifing the factors that influence the food industry and the pastry sector, also the niche of the market is announced and the advertising strategies are presented to be used in order to attract, retain and fidelize clients. In the Technical Study, products, workforce and the set of elements required for the operation of the establishment are defined. |
