Resumen: | Este proyecto se enfoca en la etapa de secado y consiste en el desarrollo de una tecnología adecuada para la reducción de la humedad en el crudo obteniendo almidón nativo de Quinua. En la investigación realizada se encontró que para lograr el diseño del equipo se deben conocer tanto las propiedades del producto a secar (crudo de almidón de Quinua) como del producto seco (almidón nativo de Quinua), las cuales no se encontraban disponibles al momento del desarrollo del proyecto debido a que la caracterización se llevará a cabo en un proyecto posterior. |
Abstract: | This project focuses on the stage of drying and consist in the development of an appropiate technology for the reduction of moisture in the raw mix, getting quinoa native starch. In the investigation it was found that to achieve the design of the aquipment, both properties of the product to dry (raw quinoa starch) and of the dry product (quinoa native starch) must be meet, which were not available at the time of the development of the project since the characterization will take place in a later project. |
