| Resumen: | En el presente trabajo se evaluaron los procesos de obtención de los polisacáridos tipo glucano presentes en la Ganoderma luckium, para lo cual se realizaron cuatro procesos de extracción tales como extracción soxhlet, extracción con agua caliente. agua fría y extracción alcalina variando las condiciones de extracción como los solventes, tiempo y temperatura Los extractos obtenidos se caracterizaron mediante la prueba DNS con el que se logró identificar azúcares reductores. Microscopio de fuerza atómica para identificar cadenas Lentinan y Espectroscopia lnfrarroja para identificar los tipos de enlaces. |
| Abstract: | In this paper the process of obtaining the type polysaccharides glucan present in the Ganoderma lucidum, for which four extraction processes such as Soxhlet extraction. Extraction with hot water, cold water and alkaline extraction were performed by varymg the extraction conditions were evaluated as solvents, time and temperature. The extracts obtained were characterized by DNS test with which it was possible lo identify reducing sugars. Atomic force microscope to Identify chains lentinan and Infrared Spectroscopy to identify the types of links. |
