Abstract: | This research evaluated a cationic starch as a flocculants in separation of the microalgal biomass using as microalgae Chrorella vulgaris in the efficiency worked starch was determined, based on information of the starches used in the literature, thus achieving a concentration from 0.33. 0.66. 1, 1.33, 1.86, 2.33, and 2.5 g/l to obtain an 81% flocculation efficiency process. |
