| Resumen: | El proyecto busca como objetivo complementar usos existentes, ya que en la zona existen equipamientos de salud, culturales, administrativos y judiciales los cuales no tienen relación en un contexto funcional y mucho menos urbano. Ya que la zona en áreas muy densificada como las américas carece de espacio público, con la nueva propuesta y reestructuración de la zona, se pretende fortalecer el sistema de salud, así mismo el contexto urbano dando un orden y funcionalidad adecuada para la gran población flotante, presente en el día para que no genere una problemática más de tráfico vehicular y peatonal. Otro objetivo es mejorar y darle más eficiencia hospital universitario mayor Méredi ,para esto se plantea un centro de rehabilitación neurológica que tienen como objetivo fortalecer la especialidad de hospital dándole un plus al sistema de salud, para esto se plantea no solo un uso especificado en rehabilitación, también tendrá áreas como: observación, urgencias, consulta externa, cirugía y hospitalización. |
| Abstract: | The project find as objective to complement existing applications, since in the area there are health, cultural, administrative and judicial facilities which have no relationshipin a functional and much less urban context, Since very densified area in areas such as Las Americas lacks public space. Restructuring of the area and the new proposal is intended to strengthen the health system, likewise the urban context giving an order and proper functionalty. The large floating population present in the day does not generate more traffic problems vehicular and pedestrian, another objective is to improve and give you moreefficiency Meredi greater University hospital, for this arises a center of neurological rehabilitation that are intended to strengthen hospital specialty giving it a plus to the health system, for this arises not only use specified in rehabilitation you will also need areas like; observation, emergency, outpatient, surgery and hospitalization. |
