| Resumen: | Para la capital Santandereana se propuso el desarrollo de un plan renovación urbano, que desde la visión general se planteara como eje principal la consolidación del territorio a partir de los sistemas actuales generando nuevas dinámicas que permitan satisfacer las carencias y así mismo generar mayor desarrollo y competitividad, para lo cual se eligió el área suburbana del municipio de Girón; La propuesta consta de dos corredores, denominados corredor de servicios y corredor integrador, que agruparan actividades afines y buscan estabilizar dinámicas que saturan área metropolitana, optando por nuevos factores espaciales, formales, espacios para caminar y permanecer. |
| Abstract: | For the Santander capital it was proposed the development of a renovation plan from the general view that the main consolidation of the territory from the current systems, generating new dynamics that allow to satisfy the deficiencies and also to generate greater development and competitiveness, for which the suburban area of the municipality was chosen of Girón; the proposal consists of two corridors, known as the services and integrating corridor, which group related activities and seek stabilize dynamics that saturate the metropolitan area, opting for new factors spatial, formal, spaces for walking and staying. |
