Resumen:	Las MiPymes se encuentran en un constante cambio por adaptarse a un entorno altamente competitivo, razón por la cual resulta necesaria la adopción de diferentes estrategias y herramientas que les permitan de manera eficaz lograr este propósito. El presente artículo tiene como objetivo desarrollar una propuesta del sistema de gestión de calidad como herramienta de mejora en el Grupo empresarial JASER S.A.S.
Abstract:	The Micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are in constant change to adapt to a highly competitive environment, which is why it is necessary to adopt different strategies and tools that allow them to effectively achieve this purpose. The objective of this article is to make a proposal for the SGC as a tool for improvement in the JASER S.A.S Business Group, through a process approach and using the PDCA cycle methodology.
