| Resumen: | El objetivo de este proyecto de grado es identificar el nivel de inteligencia emocional de los líderes de la empresa SOLUCIONES EMPRESARIALES HTS SAS determinando así las situaciones principales que pueden estar afectando la compañía, realizando una intervención por medio de encuesta buscando la participación de todos los líderes, mediante la cual se pueda identificar las oportunidades de mejora y así poder brindar un acompañamiento y recomendaciones para mejorar sus actividades laborales y posibles rendimientos basados en una inteligencia emocional óptima. |
| Abstract: | The objective of this degree project is to identify the level of emotional intelligence of the company's leaders SOLUCIONES EMPRESARIALES HTS SAS, thus determining the main situations that may be affecting the company, conducting an intervention through a survey seeking the participation of all leaders , through which you can identify opportunities for improvement and thus be able to provide support and recommendations to improve your work activities and possible returns based on optimal emotional intelligence. |
