| Resumen: | El objetivo principal del desarrollo de este proyecto es definir una metodología donde se tenga en cuenta las herramientas y técnicas para una gestión de riesgo eficaz en el sector Oil & Gas Colombiano; para ello fue imprescindible realizar una búsqueda exhaustiva de los riesgos en los proyectos y en las empresas, y las variables que toman un rol muy importante en tal sector. También, se mencionan las principales metodologías implementadas en Colombia, comparándolas entre sí, y se muestra minuciosamente la metodología que maneja una empresa líder de petróleo en Colombia. Por último, mediante un diagrama tipo ciclo se da a conocer la metodología propuesta con sus etapas correspondientes. |
| Abstract: | The main objective of the development of this project is to define a methodology that takes into account the tools and techniques for effective risk management in the Colombian Oil & Gas sector; For this, it was essential to carry out an exhaustive search of the risks in the projects and in the companies, and the variables that play a very important role in this sector. Also, the main methodologies implemented in Colombia are mentioned, comparing them with each other, and the methodology used by a leading oil company in Colombia is shown in detail. Finally, by means of a cycle type diagram, the proposed methodology with its corresponding stages is disclosed. |
