Resumen: | La industria manufacturera en Bogotá es uno de los sectores que más demanda de mano de obra tiene y con ella la producción y los salarios. Su capital humano confirmado por hombres y mujeres constituye su base de producción. Con las reformas legislativas y la flexibilización del mercado laboral, permitió que hubiera mayor demanda de mano de obra y asimismo se generara mayor oferta conformado por las ventas totales que permite que esta sea sostenible en el tiempo. Aunque en la función de producción los salarios hacen parte del factor trabajo, este es asignado por los empleadores de acuerdo con cuánto produce cada personal contratado y este hace posible el crecimiento de la industria en Bogotá. La investigación se centra en conocer los determinantes de los salarios de la industria manufacturera los cuales fueron analizados por medio de estadísticas descriptivas y econometría de corte trasversal. |
Abstract: | The manufacturing industry in Bogotá is one of the sectors that has the highest demand for labor and with it production and wages. Its human capital confirmed by men and women constitutes its production base. With the legislative reforms and the flexibility of the labor market, it allowed for a greater demand for labor and also a greater supply was generated, made up of total sales, which allows it to be sustainable over time. Although in the production function wages are part of the work factor, this is assigned by employers according to how much each hired staff produces and this makes possible the growth of the industry in Bogotá. The research focuses on knowing the determinants of wages in the manufacturing industry, which were analyzed through descriptive statistics and cross-sectional econometrics. |
