dc.description | After the impact of the Covid-19 virus across the planet, more than one industry migrated all its face-to-face operations to 100% remote. The way of working, of finding talent and even of generating business changed completely since it was very well known that face-to-face was not necessary to achieve the results that were expected and on the contrary, it could migrate to remote saving costs, optimizing work, giving more flexibility to collaborators and allowing them to think globally. This work will show how technology is allowing companies to hire without geographical barriers, expand their operations to different countries and have multicultural talent in a legal, simple way and following the local regulations of countless countries. The size of the market for the future of work is enormous, so much so that some startups that base their operations on software as a service (Saas) have been generating a lot of traction and putting themselves in the sights of the largest investment funds in the world. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | Después del impacto del virus Covid-19 en todo el planeta, más de una industria migró todas sus operaciones presenciales a 100% remotas. La forma de trabajar, de encontrar talento e incluso de generar negocios cambió totalmente ya que fue muy notorio que no era necesaria la presencialidad para lograr los resultados que se estaban esperando y por el contrario podría migrar a lo remoto ahorrando costos, optimizando el trabajo, dando más flexibilidad a los colaboradores y permitiéndose pensar de forma global. En este trabajo se evidenciará cómo la tecnología está permitiendo a las compañías contratar sin barreras geográficas, expandir sus operaciones a distintos países y contar con talento multicultural de forma legal, simple y siguiendo las regulaciones locales de un sin número de países. El tamaño del mercado correspondiente al futuro del trabajo es enorme, tanto así que algunas startups que basan sus operaciones en software as a service (Saas) han venido generando bastante tracción y poniéndose en la mira de los fondos de inversión más grandes en el mundo. | spa |
