| Resumen: | En este trabajo de grado se encuentra una propuesta para realizar la implementación del Sistema de Gestión Integrado en la cadena de restaurantes de Takami y las razones sociales cuyos establecimientos de comercio son administrados y/u operados por esta. Para esto, primero se realiza un diagnostico con cada una de las normas a participar en este Sistema de Gestión Integrado, las cuales son ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 e ISO 14001:2018, esta es la base, para realizar e identificar el plan de implementación adecuado, el cual describe cada uno de los numerales de las normas y de manera integrada se establece la información con la que cuenta Takami, la que se debe completar y la información que le hace falta a la empresa para crear su Sistema de Gestión Integrado. |
| Abstract: | In this degree work there is a proposal to carry out the implementation of the Integrated Management System in the Takami restaurant chain and the corporate names whose commercial establishments are managed and/or operated by it. For this, a diagnosis is first made with each of the standards to participate in this Integrated Management System, which are ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2018, this is the basis, to carry out and identify the appropriate implementation plan, which describes each of the numerals of the standards and in an integrated manner establishes the information that Takami has, what must be completed and the information that the company needs to create its System Integrated Management. |
