Resumen:	El patrimonio en Colombia se caracteriza por tener un proceso histórico guiado hacia el abandono, en espacial los bienes inmuebles tangibles o intangibles, esto, queriéndonos decir que el enfoque principal dentro de la problemática actúales solo se determina desde el enfoque evolutivo, sino que también nace a partir de conocer la historia y hacer resiliencia desde esto. En Colombia el patrimonio corre un alto riesgo por el abandono que determina la urbanización y el deterioro cultural que genera desde la segregación de comunidades y una de la principal es la de aquellos que cometen delitos. Bogotá siendo la principal ciudad que alberga estas dos características nos genera una temática principal en la cual enfocar el proyecto, comprendiendo a partir de investigaciones que las principales localidades con mayor impacto delictivo en menores entre 15 y 19 años son los Martíes y Santa Fe, al igual esto provocando un deterioro en el centro histórico nacional, lo que deja en peligro la cultura, arquitectura e impactos urbanos que pudiesen generarse allí.
Abstract:	Heritage in Colombia is characterized by having a historical process guided towards abandonment, especially tangible or intangible real estate, this, meaning that the main focus within the current problems is only determined from the evolutionary approach, but also born from knowing the history and building resilience from this. In Colombia, heritage is at high risk due to the abandonment that determines urbanization and the cultural deterioration that it generates from the segregation of communities and one of the main ones is that of those who commit crimes. Bogotá, being the main city that houses these two characteristics, generates a main theme on which to focus the project, understanding from research that the main localities with the greatest criminal impact on minors between 15 and 19 years of age are Los Martíes and Santa Fe, like this causing a deterioration in the national historic center, which leaves in danger the culture, architecture and urban impacts that could be generated there.
