Resumen:	El presente proyecto de trabajo de grado se enfoca en el estudio de un plan de negocio sostenible e innovador para la comercialización y distribución de persianas en el municipio de Fusagasugá, la empresa se formó a partir de la idea de una joven madre cabeza de hogar donde observo que el crecimiento del mercado de persianas era favorable ya que se encontraban varios proyectos de construcción en el municipio y se estaban modernizando los hogares, oficinas y otros sitios con estas; hace más de dos años se encuentra constituida la empresa logrando posicionarse de manera satisfactoria, ofreciendo calidad en el producto y servicio de persianas, enfocándose en la empleabilidad de mujeres y madres cabezas de hogar, propagando un impacto actual en la sociedad.
Abstract:	The present project of degree work focuses on the study of a sustainable and innovative business plan for the commercialization and distribution of blinds in the municipality of Fusagasugá, the company was formed from the idea of ​​a young mother head of household where I observed that the growth of the blinds market was favorable since there were several construction projects in the municipality and homes, offices and other sites were being modernized with them; The company has been established for more than two years, managing to position itself satisfactorily, offering quality in the product and service of blinds, focusing on the employability of women and mothers who are heads of households, propagating a current impact on society.
