Resumen: | Uno de los polímeros más utilizados en la industria es el polietileno de baja densidad gracias a sus propiedades fisicoquímicas, resistencia a altas temperaturas y dureza mecánica, sin embargo, dado el uso masivo que la sociedad le ha dado a este material, ha traído consigo problemas ambientales, en donde su acumulación y disposición final han afectado el ecosistema y la salud de las personas. Por ello en este proyecto se busca llevar a cabo un modelo de biodegradación del LDPE mediado por cultivos fúngicos en fermentación líquida sumergida con la colonización del material y así mismo disminuir en un futuro la contaminación generada por estos residuos. |
Abstract: | One of the most used polymers in the industry is low density polyethylene thanks to its physicochemical properties, resistance to high temperatures and mechanical hardness, however, given the massive use that society has given to this material, it has brought with it environmental problems. , where its accumulation and final disposal have affected the ecosystem and people's health. For this reason, this project seeks to carry out a biodegradation model of LDPE mediated by fungal cultures in submerged liquid fermentation with the colonization of the material and also reduce the contamination generated by these residues in the future. |
