Resumen: | Para el desarrollo de este proyecto se tuvo en cuenta 4 etapas de las cuales la primera se basó en la investigación de las características de la auyama en aspectos como: taxonomía, cultivo, valor nutricional y usos; presentando una definición, funcionalidad y normativa referente a los suplementos alimenticios en términos de niveles de tolerancia de los componentes químicos, leyendas del rotulado, presentación y tipos de suplementos; además, se realizó una investigación de mercado con perfil del cliente, análisis de demanda, oferta y su comportamiento; complementándolo con encuestas realizadas en la ciudad Bogotá D.C. |
Abstract: | For the development of this project, 4 stages were taken into account, of which the first was based on the investigation of the characteristics of the pumpkin in aspects such as: taxonomy, cultivation, nutritional value and uses; presenting a definition, functionality and regulations regarding food supplements in terms of tolerance levels of chemical components, label legends, presentation and types of supplements; In addition, a market investigation was carried out with a client profile, analysis of demand, supply and their behavior; complementing it with surveys carried out in the city of Bogotá D.C. |
