| dc.description | This paper illustrates a different way of carrying out the tariff classification process, with the incorporation of new concepts related to the determination of basic and universal principles and characteristics of the statistical classifications embodied in the structure of the Harmonized System Nomenclature. In the same way, terms such as "movable tangible property" and "predefined grouping criteria" are introduced, with which a technical analysis of the ungroupings and/or divisions present in it is carried out. | spa |
