Resumen:	Tras el latente problema en Colombia de las inundaciones y crecientes súbitas como en el departamento del Tolima, se genera la incógnita de como poder hacer flotante una construcción a borde de rio, con el fin de mitigar las múltiples consecuencias que causa a los habitantes de la zona.
Abstract:	After the latent problem in Colombia of floods and sudden increases as in the department of Tolima, the question is generated of how to make floating a construction on the edge of river, in order to mitigate the multiple consequences it causes to the inhabitants of the area.
