dc.descriptionThis research document - creation first of all addresses the problem of the precarious habitat of people who do not have access and quality housing, from different areas, being urban, social and spatial, dealing with vulnerable population living on the streets and without access of housing, in such a way that different architectural perspectives are implemented as alternative temporary housing development methods based on a spatial flexibility that provides adaptable areas based on Yona Friedman and the Metabolists, on a modifiable habitat architecture at the user's will and Shigeru Ban's spatial philosophy, among others, to propose a comprehensive housing project aimed at these people, where various residential guidelines and spatial configurations are taken into account for the integration of different groups of underprivileged families, thus being an architectural project with great social focus.spa
dc.description.abstractEl presente documento de investigación – creación primero que todo aborda la problemática del hábitat precario de las personas que no tienen acceso y vivienda de calidad, desde diferentes ámbitos, siendo urbanos, sociales y espaciales tratándose de población vulnerable en condición de calle y no posee acceso de vivienda, de tal manera que se implementan distintas miradas arquitectónicas como métodos de desarrollo habitacional temporal alternativo a partir de una flexibilidad espacial que aporte ámbitos adaptables tomando como base a Yona Friedman y los Metabolistas, sobre una arquitectura de hábitat modificable a voluntad del usuario y filosofía espacial de Shigeru Ban entre otros, para proponer un proyecto integral de vivienda dirigida a estas personas, donde se tiene en cuenta diversos lineamientos residenciales y configuraciones espaciales para la integración de diferentes núcleos de familias poco favorecidas, siendo así un proyecto arquitectónico con un gran enfoque social.spa
