| Resumen: | La gallinaza es considerada como uno de los problemas más grandes para el medio ambiente desde el sector de la producción avícola por la gran cantidad de contaminantes que genera; por esta razón, es importante resaltar que este residuo orgánico puede ser una oportunidad para ser transformado en un nuevo producto, al que se le pueda dar un mayor valor agregado y, así, al utilizar los desechos que se generan en los galpones ese nuevo beneficio trae nuevas posibilidades de mejorar el medio ambiente. |
| Abstract: | Chicken manure is considered one of the biggest problems for the environment from the poultry production sector due to the large amount of pollutants it generates; For this reason, it is important to highlight that this organic waste can be an opportunity to be transformed into a new product, which can be given a greater added value and, thus, by using the waste generated in the sheds that new benefit. brings new possibilities to improve the environment. |
